Pietro Colella received the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Politecnico di Torino, Turin, Italy, in 2012 and 2016, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Politecnico di Torino. His research interest includes power systems, electrical market, traction electrification systems, and electrical safety. Dr. Colella is a Member of AEIT—Associazione Italiana di Elettrotecnica, Elettronica, Automazione, Informatica e Telecomunicazioni. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Italy.
